Privacy and data handling

Last updated: 23 August 2026

This page explains what the enquiry form on this website collects, why, and how it is handled. It is a transparency notice about data, not a statement about the scope of Falcr's regulatory services.

What we collect

The enquiry form collects your name, work email, optional company and the target markets or jurisdictions you select.

Why we collect it

Falcr uses this information to assess fit, respond to your enquiry and arrange the next step. If you later engage Falcr, the non-confidential input required for the agreed Regulatory Pathway Brief is collected separately.

What not to send

Do not submit patient information, personal health information, confidential technical files, trade secrets, an existing regulatory strategy, or information you are not authorised to share.

How it is handled

The information is stored in Falcr's website database and processed by the service providers needed to operate the website, cloud database and transactional email. Those providers may process or store information outside Australia. This enquiry form does not collect device descriptions, intended use, technical-file content or an existing regulatory strategy, and it does not generate regulatory research or findings. Falcr does not sell enquiry information and does not use it for unrelated marketing without your permission.

Retention

Falcr keeps enquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a resulting engagement and meet legitimate operational or legal requirements.

Access, correction or deletion

You can contact Falcr to request access to, correction of or deletion of your enquiry information, subject to applicable obligations.
